New Honda Jazz arrives in Australia

January 2012

Honda has announced the upcoming arrival of its latest model - the Honda Jazz Vibe.

Combining style and versatility, the Honda Jazz Vibe will be available in three variants - manual and automatic transmissions, as well as the additional Honda Vibe-S.

According to Honda Australia director and general manager sales and marketing, Stephen Collins, stock of the new car was limited by the recent flooding in Thailand - so supply had to be sourced from Japan.

"Honda is pleased to offer the growing number of Australian small car drivers the Jazz Vibe, delivering substantial upgrades in features and overall value," Mr Collins said (January 11).

The Vibe includes 15 inch alloy wheels, climate control air conditioning, rear tailgate spoiler and cruise control as standard. Connectivity is also key, with steering wheel-mounted audio controls, USB connectivity and Bluetooth also available.

The Honda Jazz Vibe also boasts a five-star ANCAP safety rating, with the car featuring six airbags, Vehicle Stability Assist and Traction Control System.

The Honda Jazz Vibe will also come in three new shades - Azure Blue, Milano Red and Storm Silver - adding to the already extensive colour palette.

"Customers can visit their Honda Dealer right now to order a Jazz Vibe for delivery in February," Mr Collins added.
