I would like to thank Vince and George for “their fine effort” during my recent service visit.
I am 80yrs old and does not drive often any more. I received a recall letter and was not well enough to drive my Honda car to your Service Department, so Vince arranged for a pickup of my Honda for me.
I was “blown away” with how helpful everyone was and did not expect the wash and vacuum I also received. George was very polite on the ‘phone and explained all the work to me. It is nice to know there are still good people in the world. I would like my thanks passed on to Vince and George for such great service, which was much appreciated.
I recently had reason to contact your Honda Service department about my Honda Accord. I had not bought the car from you but called to see if I could arrange to bring it in there for work under warranty. My first contact was George. He was super courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful when trying to solve my issue. As he was attending a training course the next day, my dealings were all with Meng Pao. From arriving there in the morning, to picking up the car two days later, Meng was extremely helpful, honest and a pleasure to deal with. He kept me up to date with the problem, which was not a straight forward case as he had to deal also with Rick Damelian regarding the warranty. I am very appreciative of all his help and professional manner which I have to say is rare in the car game as far as my dealings have gone - hence, not wanting to go to Rick Damelian.
